Our systems track your team's training progress, notifying users and their line managers when more training is due, and reminding them to complete it as the timetable counts down.
If users do not complete their mandatory training by their personal deadlines, they are shut out of the sales system. Sounds harsh? Not really - the FCA expects every automotive sales person to be fuylly up to date with their compliance training, and this way we can guarantee that they always are.
Online training is supported by face-to-face training for groups and individuals, all of which is recorded and count towards your teams' Continuing Professional Development hours.
The Ingeni Audit Process
Much of the audit processes can be carried out remotely, but we do things a little differently.
Ingeni's audit team is on the road three days a week, visiting dealerships for on-site audits, to gain a closer understanding of the specific issues that each customer might have. This means we're on the spot to help put things right.
At the end of every Audit, the audit team will review their findings with senior management, and advise on what's doing well and where things can be improved. They'll carry out targetted training for larger teams or specific individuals as appropriate, and if that can't be done on the day, they'll make arrangements to come back for a formal training update session.
