FCA Support Services
Our founders had a background working in the automotive industry as well as having specialist sales training experience. As such, Ingeni was created to take away the anxiety around following the rules by embedding them in the sales process, so that the best way to sell cars was also the most compliant way to sell cars!
As well as providing day to day support and training, we are also there when something out of the ordinary happens. If there's a sudden change in the FCA' rules (as has happened in recent years), we're able to act fast to provide information and guidance as to what the new rules say, and how to implemement them.
