Complete Wheel Insurance
Complete Wheel Insurance maintains both your alloys and your tyres, protecting you from the cost of repair, or if they cannot be repaired, it contributes to the cost of replacement.
Alloys are very susceptible to accidental damage caused by everyday driving and although easy to repair, it's often surprisingly expensive.
Tyres are equally liable to be affected during normal driving - a raised curb can damage the tyre wall and a puncture will leave you needing an immediate replacement. Unlike many tyre insurance products, Ingeni's Complete Wheel Protection has no upper limit for replacing tyres, making it a great choice for those with performance tyres.
Designed to be Used: Claim Multiple Times a Year
Complete Wheel Insurance is designed to be used - you can claim up to 4 times for every year the policy is live. A 24 month policy allows you to claim up to 8 times and a 36 month policy allows you to claim up to 12 times. There is a maximum of 4 claims in each 12 month period. With Ingeni Complete Wheel Insurance, you can keep your alloys looking their best and you're also protected from the cost of needing to unexpectedly replace a tyre.
The most generous feature of Ingeni's Complete Wheel Insurance is the fact that there is no maximum value on the amount it covers for replacement tyres.
The Benefits
Any claims you make do not impact on your standard motor insurance or affect your no claims bonus.
Alloy Wheel repairers come to you, making a repair at a time and place of your choosing, and there's no charge for claiming.
Tyre replacements are handled through your preferred local supplier - we simply reimburse you when you show us a copy of the invoice*
* Replacing a tyre is an urgent matter, and we do not expect you to go through the claims team to organise a replacement tyre. See our claims process below.
How to Make a Claim
It’s easy to make a claim. Here’s what you need to do:
For Alloy Wheels:
1. Telephone the claims team on 01787 220799
2. We’ll take your details and send you a claim form
3. Fill in the form and send it back along with photographs of the damage
We need:
1. One close up shot of the damage to the alloy
2. One shot taken far enough away that we can see which alloy is damaged
4. We assess the damage and once approved, our authorised repairers will be in touch with your directly to arrange your repair
For Damaged Tyres:
1. Telephone the claims team on 01787 220799
2. Note: If an immediate repair is required, this must be done at a VAT Registered Repairer
3. We’ll take your details and send you a claim form and a banking details form so that we can reimburse you promptly
4. Fill in both forms and send them back along with photographs of the damaged tyre and a copy of the repair/replacement invoice
We need:
1. One close up shot of the damaged tyre
2. One shot taken far enough away that we can see which tyre is damaged
3. A copy of the invoice you paid for the immediate repair / replacement
5. Once approved, we’ll reimburse you for the invoiced cost of repairing or replacing the damaged tyre. This is paid directly into your bank account.

Complete Wheel Protection Insurance is optional and is available from other insurance companies. Please note that the cost of Complete Wheel Protection Insurance may vary depending on the differing levels of cover and variable terms and conditions.
